Club chess on Monday 6

Monday is a club night in two of the inner districts and in several suburbs. Nørrebro Skakklub opens its cellar rooms on Frejasgade at seven, and Skakforeningen ØBRO in Østerbro starts the evening with training, juniors in the late afternoon and experienced adults from six, before the club night proper. In Brøndby the club meets at the Møllehuset, with training for children and juniors from five o'clock.

Further out, Herlev Skakklub plays at Marielyst, where its winter tournament runs on Mondays, and Sjælsø Skakklub meets at Mantziusgården in Birkerød. Ishøj Skakklub uses Monday afternoons for its junior training and keeps the main chess evening for Thursday at Brohuset.
